Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Provide support and consultation to customers, helping them understand the value and the benefits of TME solutions
- Conduct TME Solutions presentation
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create compelling proposals and respond to RFPs/Tenders
- Identify and engage with potential customers, building a strong sales pipeline
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote TME solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects in the regions
To be successful in this role, you should have
Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of either Modeling & Simulation or Real-Time Operating Systems
- Strong engineering or computer science background
- Experience with software demos and technical presentations
- Ability to understand and address customer technical requirements
Soft Skills
- Consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus for building lasting relationships
- Experience in selling software solutions

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Solution Engineer to join our team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in electronics, telecommunications, or engineering and a passion for providing exceptional technical solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand customer requirements to deliver tailored technical solutions

- Previous experience in a technical solutions is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
